Known for delivering effective legal solutions to complex legal challenges, Julius has successfully operated across diverse jurisdictions in Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Countries, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

His practice areas span International Investment Agreements, Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking and Finance, Constitutional Law, Electoral and Human Rights, and Criminal Defense. Julius has a distinguished record of representing clients in all levels of Uganda’s judiciary, including military courts, administrative tribunals, and the Supreme Court.

Julius is a Ugandan national residing in Kampala and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution (with Distinction) from the British University in Dubai (Dubai-UAE), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Makerere University Kampala (Uganda), and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Center Kampala.
